This is the final result of these last couple months of work. Overall, I am okay with how this turned out. I really like the way that the Main Screen, Library Screen, and Skill Screen turned out. Unfortunately, the Item, Equipment, and Map Menus did not turn out as well. Time constraints left my inventory system very bare bones and lack luster. Some additional problems prevented the Map menu from turning out the way I wanted, but such is life.

The main screen shows party members and their status. The player can move and rearrange the party or access any of the other menus.

Simple display of held items. Items can be organized by type. The inventory system itself is very bare, but most of my work went into the UI for all the other screens.

The equipment screen is also more bare than I originally wanted, but it still allows the player to see the items the party members have equipped and swap among the party members. It also shows any items that the character can equip.

The skill menu allows the player to equip certain skills on each character. Each skill costs an amount of skill points and can have effects on the character's stats or effects on their fighting abilities.
